In addition they all have double glazing and independent central heating control. Every cottage also has its own digital television links, an optional direct dial telephone, emergency call bell installation, an emergency intercom to the care staff, night lights, safety lights, free WiFi and much more. Many of the cottages are larger and are ideal for couples. The larger size also allows for more cupboard space, which is always important.

Cottage residents tend to prepare their own breakfast and tea, though they are welcome to join the main building residents. Whatever your choice, we supply whatever you want for breakfast or tea on a daily basis. Milk is also delivered fresh to your doorstep. While living in a cottage residents have access to our sick bay if they need some temporary extra care.

The Board of trustees is Quaker but the accommodation and care home is open equally to Quakers and non-Quakers." Show less
