Table and seats are available to have afternoon tea and a chat with family or friends. Ideally located close to bus stops with a frequent service into Chelmsford or the local supermarket. Newsagents deliver newspapers to the Resident's flats and the Milkman delivers milk and bread. Windows are cleaned on a monthly basis and the communal areeas are cleaned on a daily basis by staff.
