Show more "Priory Court offers a friendly and welcoming living environment in the quiet area of Wardley in Gateshead, with excellent transport links to nearby towns. Close to the court, there is a leisure centre, Wardley Social Club and a cinema, as well as a number of churches, doctors surgeries, dentists and bank services. It is also a short trip to the Washington Wetland Centre, where visitors can get close to rare and exotic birds and mammals, and explore different wetland habitats. The nearby Metro Station, Pelaw, provides links to the Metro Centre, Newcastle, Sunderland and South Shields. There are bus stops right outside the court for visits to local shops and Gateshead town centre.Priory Court’s gardens feature a large lawn with seating areas. Residents can take part in gardening. Inside, the court features a residents’ lounge and kitchen, a communal laundry, guest room and lift. There is a large car park to the side of the court.
Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
