Show more "At Grove house retirement housing scheme in Hull, we offer 35 one bedroom and 6 two bedroom purpose-built properties for rent for people over the age of 55. Support can be provided by off-site teams via Hull City Council should you require any additional help.

The property is situated close to Hull and has excellent transport links to the city centre and Beverley. The local shops are within walking distance and include supermarkets, a post office, restaurants and cafes. There are several doctors' surgeries nearby. Other local amenities include a cinema and several sporting clubs. Hull will also be the European City of Culture in 2015.

We understand that sometimes you like to be alone and at other times you may want to be more sociable. Our properties give you that freedom. At Grove House we run social activities including film nights, coffee mornings and day trips. We also have an on-site hairdresser.

You will not need to worry about maintenance and repairs or gardening upkeep as we take care of those. We provide a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, a guest room, a garden with seating area, an on-site laundry and 23 parking spaces." Show less
