At Iveson Lodge we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency. Iveson Lodge offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge , communal garden, an on-site laundry, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors.
The flats are situated on the main road in Hedon, it is only a hundred yards from the Market Place and all of the amenities you could wish for, including shops and GP surgeries. It is on the local bus route which offers excellent services into Hull, Withernsea and the surrounding areas. Hedon is a historic, vibrant market town in the East Riding of Yorkshire. It boasts a variety of well established shops, restaurants and amenities, most of which are located around the Market Place. Every Wednesday morning a market takes place within the Market Place with a variety of stalls taking part.
