The site enjoys panoramic views of the Tyne Valley, apartments to the north and east enjoy the views, those to the south and west face the existing housing and benefit from neighbourhood activity. The communal spaces and social areas at ground floor level are designed to take full advantage of both aspects throughout the day with windows to both elevations and an external terrace to the rear in addition to sheltered gardens.
