At Spa Court, we offer purpose-built rental properties for people over the age of 60 or over 55 if you are in receipt of PIP (Personal Independence Payment) or DLA (Disability Living Allowance).

Each flat or bungalow consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a visiting scheme manager and a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency.

Spa Court offers a wide range of facilities, including a communal lounge, communal gardens and patio area, on-site laundry rooms, scooter store, communal parking bays and a guest room for visitors. The properties are located in close to Hockley High Street where there are small supermarkets, chemists, barbers, hairdressers and many other local businesses. Located in a very quiet area, Spa Court is a short walk from local shops, GP surgeries, dentists and chemists and on good bus routes to Rayleigh and Rochford.
