Show more "Arlington Street is attached to Arlington Court, one of our three popular Independent Living Schemes in Stockton-on-Tees, and is situated in a quiet residential area, off Yarm Road, near to Stockton Town Centre. Stockton has one of the widest high streets in the North East, hosts a large outdoor market twice a week, and has a permanent indoor market in the shopping centre. Stockton is a thriving riverside town and is home to many cultural, musical and sporting events.

We offer self-contained flats to rent for people over the age of 55 (or under 55 if you have medical needs). You will have the privacy of your own flat, which consists of a lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (many with level access showers or wet rooms), and you also have the benefit of having access to the communal areas if you want a bit of company. You can pop across to the main lounge for coffee mornings or to take part in any of the scheme activities, or just sit outside and enjoy the beautiful gardens.

My name is Nicola Founde and I work here full-time as the scheme manager, we also have a 24-hour mobile warden service in case of emergencies out of hours. Our parking bays and communal areas are covered by CCTV for additional security and we take care of all the maintenance, repairs, and gardening. If you would like any further information, please ring up for a chat." Show less
