A bus route stops right outside. It has a pleasant communal lounge, and laundry room. In addition there is a 24 hour emergency call system and door entry system for your security. Carew court has a total of 36 one bedroom flats, all suitable for one person.The Court received a major upgrade in 2022 when new bathrooms & kitchens were fitted in all flats.
Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21’s approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
Our Managers are also responsible for the day to day running of the court including looking after the Health & Safety, property management and resident engagement." Show less

New residents accepted from 55 years of age. Both cats & dogs generally accepted (subject to Housing & Care 21's pets policy).
