Each flat consists of a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom/s with a 24-hour alarm service if ever you have an emergency.arwick Court offers a wide range of facilities. The communal areas (including the gardens) are maintained by Sanctuary Housing, although residents are responsible for repairs within their own flats.
