"Situated in a quiet oasis but close to a vibrant community in Fingerpost, St Helens are Riverside’s Retirement Living apartments, Ivy Court.

Ivy Court is near to a host of amenities. Convenience stores, a fruit and veg shop, a butchers, newsagents, cashpoints cake shops plus fast food outlets are within walking distance, on the High Street.

Ivy Court is well served by public transport. The bus ride, taking you into St Helens takes five minutes. Or it’s a ten-minute walk. There are also two retail parks nearby if the town centre doesn’t appeal.

Our friendly atmosphere at Ivy Court is sure to make you feel right at home. Spread over two floors, Ivy Court offers 28 one-bedroom apartments, for people over 55. Each apartment accommodates one to two persons comfortably.

At the heart of Ivy Court are the communal lounges. The lower lounge is a great place for a get-together or simply enjoy a cuppa in the company of others. In the upper lounge there’s a selection of ‘bar games’ such as pool and darts.

In the extensive, well maintained rear communal gardens there’s seating; so you can relax and enjoy the outdoor space. You’ll also find a greenhouse and garden shed if you feel like keeping your fingers green." Show less
