There are also shared facilities such as a lounge area, restaurant, hobby rooms and other facilities that can be used when they feel like company.Ty Dyffryn acts as a community hub, with activities available not only for the people that live at the schemes, but also for the wider community. Family Housing Association is passionate that the apartments at Ty Dyffryn are part of the local community and local people are encouraged to come in and use the facilities, such as the restaurant, shop or craft rooms. This helps to keep the schemes busy, vibrant and integrates the scheme into the community.
