Opening in September 2015 (subject to registration) following refurbishment, Prestwood Lodge offers a superior standard of residential accommodation, facilities and care for the elderly.Accessed from the A449 Kidderminster/Wolverhampton Road, Prestwood Lodge is situated on the East boundary of the 55-acre Prestwood Estate just a few minutes walk away from its now sister homes, Prestwood House and Prestwood Coach House. Situated on the border of Dudley and Staffordshire, Prestwood Lodge is situated near the village of Kinver, not far from Kingswinford, Stourbridge and the well-known market town of Kidderminster. The grounds have plenty of space for visitor parking and can accommodate the community buses that include the Prestwood estate within their scheduled stops.
Prestwood Lodge has 30 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities or wet rooms. Some ground floor rooms have French windows leading to their own small patio garden. The bedrooms are primarily for single occupancy, though some larger bedrooms could accommodate couples if wished. Rooms have remote colour television, wi-fi and facility for a private telephone line.
