These brand new apartments benefit from a range of support services, including an on-site care team and a restaurant providing healthy, freshly-prepared meals, 7 days a week. Residents can live independently and securely, with the reassurance that help is at hand when they need it.The accommodation is made up of 58 apartments. 42 general needs properties and 16 Shared Ownership. For interest in renting a property, initial contact should be made via Health and Social Care Connect (East Sussex County Council) on 0345 60 80 191. Eligibility criteria is for applicants to have a local connection to the Rother area, have a housing need, have a current care and support package as assessed by the local authority of a minimum of 10 hours per week.
For those purchasing, this can be a share of between 40% and 75%, depending on what you can afford. You'll pay rent on the part you don't own. The maximum share you can own is 75%. The great news is that if you're able to purchase 75%, you won't have to pay any rent at all on the remaining 25% share.
