It comprises 82 one and two-bedroom apartments, with a range of care and support services available on site if they are needed, and a restaurant, bar, café, gym, and hair and beauty salon that will be open to the local community.
Pencric has benefitted from grant funding from Stafford Borough Council and the Homes and Communities Agency. The land was donated by Staffordshire County Council and the building constructed by Kier Construction." Show less
