On-site facilities include a communal lounge, laundry room, guest room, a mobile library and well groomed communal gardens. The court is situated 4 miles from the city centre and 2 miles from the local shopping centre, with a bus stop outside the court offering routes to both destinations.Our Court Manager Service is an important and integral part of Housing 21's approach to supporting our residents. It is designed to offer support and security to the court and those residents on court who need it. The service is about promoting and encouraging individuals to maintain their independence in their own home.
